TOEIC registration:
choose a test session and check costs in France

In France, book an individual TOEIC session on the ETS Global website; for an institutional session, contact your school or employer. Before paying, check which test your recipient accepts, the date, format, required documents, and final session price.

What should you know before booking?

Write down the full name of the required test. “A TOEIC” may be too vague when an application requires all four skills or specifies Listening and Reading. Also note when the result must be received, the required validity period, and the delivery method. An available test session may not meet all three conditions.

According to the ETS Global test-taker handbook, the institution sets test dates and frequency for students registered through their school. Start there, including for pricing and result delivery. For individual registration in France, ETS Global directs candidates to its public test-session finder. Check the filters: it may display other TOEIC tests.

In what order should you check the details?

First choose the exact test, then the location and date. Review the session page for the test center, check-in time, format, and related arrangements. Plan for travel and check-in, not just the time needed to answer questions. For individual online bookings, registration is confirmed by email after payment is processed.

Register under the same name as your identity document. Check which documents are accepted based on your nationality and test country: they must be physical, original, and valid, with a photo and signature. A photo for your score report does not replace this document. Keep your confirmation and post-registration instructions.

  • Exact test name and version booked.
  • Test center address and check-in time.
  • Matching identity and accepted document.
  • Final price, options, and displayed terms.
  • Stated result timeline compatible with your application deadline.

Which price should you use?

The amount that counts toward your budget is the price shown for the selected session before payment, with the options you chose. On October 15, 2026, the page for the November 7, 2026 session at ETS Global – CENTREX in Noisy-le-Grand listed €189 for the two-hour TOEIC Listening and Reading Public Program, on computer or tablet, including a digital score report. This price applies to that session; another center, test, or added option may change it.

Separate the test fee, optional services, travel, and preparation. A discount may depend on status, documentation, and a time period. Check its current terms; an old promotion still visible in search results is not an available discount.

The pitfall

Booking the wrong test because the name seems similar

Listening and Reading, Speaking and Writing, 4-Skills, and other ETS tests are not interchangeable names. If the booking page defaults to a different product, return to the filters before continuing. The price alone cannot confirm that you selected the right test.

Nothing on this page means that Upsilar prep or any particular funding is included with your ETS registration. Providers and services should remain clearly identified separately.

What should you keep?

Keep the confirmation email, applicable terms, and test center instructions, especially cancellation rules. Check your identity document in advance. If you need accommodations, contact ETS Global’s Mission Equity before registering.

If you are registered through a school or organization, ask who will provide your result and how to send it to the final recipient. ETS Global distinguishes the Public Program certificate, with a photo and international recognition, from the Institutional Program certificate, without a photo and recognized nationally. Check that the recipient accepts the specific document provided; this distinction does not guarantee it will be accepted for your application.

Key takeaways

  • Confirm the recipient’s requirements before booking.
  • Use the final session price for your budget.
  • Keep the instructions and check your identity document in advance.
